LASIK Information

PRK surgery performed by Envision Laser Centers. Punctal plugs are inserted first to promote healing, followed by epithelium removal. The next step is the excimer laser correction. Finally, a contact lens is put inplace while the epithelium grows back. PRK is safer and more accurate than LASIK because there is no corneal flap. Military, Police, Nasa and other emergency personnal recommend PRK over LASIK.
